What patients say on Google
“I have 2 ratings, one for the staff and for the business. For the staff, therapy and the rest of staff. Most Amazing people, caring, loving, and great listeners. They need more people to help, especially when you have patients who need one on one. They helped me see the directions I needed to go. I feel like, if I could have stayed a little longer (4 or 5 more days). Do not lose these wonderful caring people. To name a few, Precious, Hope, Teresa, Lee, and Quan! These people need help on the floor, and they will have more time to work with All patients. I am sitting home crying 😢 all time. You can not help someone (with serious depression)enough in 4 days! Thanks for listening.”
“I called with the discharge planner from Wilmington Treatment Center. The conversion was both recorded and typed into my record there. They were told that I needed to go to a doctor appointment that they scheduled near Rebound and the person on the phone agreed to get me to that appointment. It was to see if the radiation treatment that was done for my beginning stage lung cancer have took care of the cancer or if I was going to have to do chemo next. This appointment was made and agreed to by all parties. But when I got there they refused to keep there word so I still haven't had this done and when I asked about it I got a very nasty response. It wasn't there responsibility to do anything for anyone. They were also told that I had a cataract on my right eye and was starting to lose my sight in that eye. I said something to them everyday because I was losing my sight in that eye. They did nothing. I lost the sight in that eye and ended up with a infection that I got from Rebound that I needed eye drops to get rid of. Need to do them for 3 weeks. Not picked up. Again told not there problem. So the only conclusion that I can see it's only the insurance money they care about. Definitely not the people. They have definitely proved that to everyone.”
“I was in the ICU for three days and a regular bed for two days. Was sent to this despicable place which has absolutely no room to call itself a psychiatric hospital. Endured hellish conditions for five nights and six days. It was extremely loud, the patients yelled, the staff yelled, the patients used profanity, the staff used profanity, we basically sat in front of a very large and loud television for the entirety of each day. That’s no exaggeration. There were no one on one conversations, it was that loud. You would think a facility of this ilk would have all of your medications ready for you to take but I was always missing something. The food we ate was bearable but just enough to feed a bird. On the day I discovered I would be discharged, I sat alone and to myself just letting the tears roll down my face. I don’t cry easily, but this place broke the dam. This place should not be overhauled. Not at all. It should be burned to the ground so I could come and watch. This is EXIBIT A THAT THE MENTAL HEALTH SYSTEM IS BROKEN!! *** If an associate from Rebound wants to acknowledge my review, how about saving yourself the embarrassment.”
“Please don’t send your family member here. They ( the intake nurse ) was sweet as sugar when I wanted to voluntary commit. After a several days of NO counselor visit she didn’t know my name. The provider REFUSED to fill out my short term disability forms. A complete and utter JOKE !!”
