How likely are you to recommend REACH Behavioral Health - Elyria?
What patients say on Google
“Been a client for over a year. They helped lower my bill when insurance wouldnt cover everything which was a lifesaver. The therapists are educated but also real and down to earth. Helped me with depression and getting back on track. Thankful I found them.”
“With the help of my current Psychiatrist who is located in Maple Heights, Ohio and I live in Elyria, Ohio. So I have been reaching out to different mental health places. My Psychiatrist recommended this agency so I called them did the initial assessment over the phone. A day later someone reached out to me and told me that I would be a better fit in a hospital setting where my labs would be monitored on a daily basis ( never been addicted to drugs nor am I a drinker). In all my 22 years of being seen by a Psychiatrist and also being in counseling, I have never heard of this and neither has my Current psychiatrist. I am trying to find a mental health agency closer to where I live. THIS TOTALLY SUCKS!!!!!!”
“Dont take your kids here... especially not Julia. She cancels on my daughters appointments last minute EVERY week.”
“I am looking for a new therapist & I found one of their therapists on Psychology Today. I sent an email to her through Psychology Today & told them my name, what insurance I had, & that I would be needing exclusively virtual sessions as I live literally 5 hours from the office & I'm agoraphobic. The front office responded & asked me my name, if i wanted in person or virtual sessions, & what insurance I had. It was like they didn't even read my email at all but I gave them the benefit of the doubt & responded with all the information they asked for, & told them if they had any other FEMALE therapists besides the one I originally inquired about that I would be interested in considering them as well. They then proceeded to send me a link to a female & a MALE therapist, so once again I'm questioning if they're even reading my emails before responding. I click on the female therapist's Psychology Today profile link & what she has written on her profile is pretty much the exact same thing as the therapist I originally inquired about. The male therapist's profile was a little different but it seems apparent to me that they all just use the same template & just personalize it a little. Lacks a lot of authenticity & personality in my opinion. I'll be looking elsewhere.”
