“On May 29th 2025, I walked into Community Medical Services and this place changed my life. I want to thank all the staff especially my counselor Sam, my nurse Shawna, and Miss Vee. I had a house fire in 2003 which changed my life forever I never touched a pill in my life until the day I had woke up to a fire and had suffered third degree burns on my right arm and my left arm hanging off with just tendons and my bone broken half from jumping out of a second story window. I have become a drug addict ever since that day I've tried other rehabs which were a joke cuz we were getting high popping pills in the parking lots on brakes but with this place Community Medical services they are here for you they listen they help you with anything you need and I have not been this sober for this long ever so I say thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you who have helped me to come this far and will continue helping me and my sobriety I will post pictures of my daughter and my son my daughter was 17 months old when I had to drop her out of a second story window on top of a hot tub to save her life and my son was 12 at the time and they all got out of the house and ever since that day I never knew what a pill was before then and with the trauma I received taking opiates with something I needed at one time and it turned into something I wanted and had to have and thanks to this blessing house I have been sober for over 100 days and that's the longest I've been sober and I am determined to keep on going with the help of these wonderful people I also have gotten a friend to come and join me and her journey also so thank you again I owe my life and my sobriety to you all and I want to be the best mother I can be like I was before my addiction my kids are grown now and are doing wonderful which makes my heart so happy so thank you again to all the staff you're a great counselor Sam I feel like I can talk to you about any and everything you're a great nurse Shawna and you are a wonderful person also Vee.
