How likely are you to recommend Radiance Healthcare Services?
What patients say on Google
“I had an excellent experience completing my PMHNP preceptorship with this practice. From day one, my preceptor was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my growth as a future psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. They created a learning environment that was both challenging and encouraging, allowing me to build confidence in assessment, diagnosis, and medication management while also strengthening my clinical reasoning skills. I truly appreciated how they took the time to explain their thought process, provide constructive feedback, and ensure I felt comfortable asking questions. The entire team was welcoming and professional, and it was clear that patient-centered care is a top priority within the organization. I was able to gain valuable hands-on experience with a diverse patient population, which has been instrumental in preparing me for independent practice. I’m incredibly grateful for the mentorship and experience I received here. I would highly recommend this preceptor and organization to any PMHNP student looking for a high-quality, supportive clinical training experience.”
“We had a very concerning experience with Radiance Healthcare Services while seeking outpatient psychiatric medication management for our 11-year-old son following discharge from a higher level of care. Radiance accepted our son as a patient, completed an intake appointment (for which we paid $250), and was aware that he was stable on an existing SSRI prescribed during intensive treatment. Despite this, the provider declined to continue the medication or provide a short-term bridge prescription while records were pending—even though a Release of Information had been signed and the prior provider confirmed willingness to send records. No interim plan was offered to prevent interruption of medication, and after multiple follow-ups, we were ultimately sent a referral letter recommending a “higher level of care,” despite our child having just stepped down from that level and without any documented clinical deterioration. When we requested contact information for a medical director or practice manager to address these concerns, we were provided only with the referral letter and no avenue for internal review. This experience resulted in unnecessary delay of care and placed the burden of continuity entirely on our family. Families seeking psychiatric care for children—especially post-discharge—should ask detailed questions upfront about refill policies and continuity practices.”
“AVOID! Absolute clown show. They submitted claims for my husband’s sessions with the wrong provider indicated so they weren’t paid since the provider they indicated was out of network. When the claims were denied for payment they of course came to us for payment (very aggressively and even stopped providing service despite the fact that their ineptitude caused this entire problem) but I pointed out their error on the claims and they submitted new claims. They claim they have called the insurance company multiple times, but the insurance says they’ve never called. The insurance company has requested medical records for these claims twice and won’t finalize the claims until they receive them and, of course, they “never received those requests” and now are basically saying “you need to pay us and then get reimbursed by your insurance” (like absolutely screw that…it’s over $1k and why should we have to go back and forth with the insurance to get reimbursed because you can’t run your business professionally?!?). And to top it off, my husband goes there seeking help for anxiety and all they've managed to do is amplify the anxiety with all of this nonsense. Congratulations on your failure of a healthcare service. So just avoid this place. As soon as this is all remedied, we are done with these people forever. UPDATE 6/4/26: We obtained the request for medical records from the insurance company and sent it directly to Radiance. They said the request format wasn’t good enough and told us how they wanted it formatted and said it could be faxed to them from the insurance. We contacted insurance again and told them exactly this. They faxed the request to them. We have now inquired multiple times if they have received the faxed request for medical records and their response was a discharge letter discharging my husband from their practice (LMAO! We already have a new doctor prescribing his meds and had zero intention of ever having any appointments with them again so this was just a bit of hilarity to us) and deleting his account. So he now has no access to the messaging back and forth or the ability to tender payment should it come to that. He has now emailed them and asked again if the fax was received from the insurance company. Every time they are given the opportunity to correct their mistakes, they double down on making this so incredibly difficult it seems like their actual goals are to never get paid and cause endless drama, so I’m sure the fax will be perpetually “never received” just as the mailed requests allegedly were.”
“Dr.Oshokoya is a great teacher. He explains everything in detail. His patients also love him. He goes above and beyond to help a Student or patient.”
