“My clinician, Diane Stein, has been a Godsend. She’s very professional, attentive, supportive, and compassionate. My only complaint is not getting a weekly hour call with her. Versus 20 mins every two weeks. However, that’s beyond her control. I feel like she’d give me an hour if she could. I’m so grateful for her. The road I’m on hasn’t been easy. However, her presence, patience, and sincere efforts to help me means a lot to me. I never miss an opportunity to tell her this personally. Giving a review is my pleasure. In today’s society it’s hard to find professional help, good customer service, mental/physical health professionals that care, etc. Diane is a breath of fresh air at a very trying time in my life. “I wish I could give negative stars. Called to make an appt. They said virtual would been quickest so I agreed. Did all paperwork requested and signed in 5 minutes early. Their psychiatrist came on the video and told me there was someone else in front of me. I reiterated my appt time was 4, she said she’d call back. Well I called back 30 minutes later and the receptionist saw my appt and said she didn’t know what happened and asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I asked if they would give me a discount since they canceled my appt while I was there. She said no but of course of I had canceled they would have charged me! Very unprofessional. Would not recommend under any circumstances. Just lost two hours of work for nothing!”
