What patients say on Google

“I would not recommend going to this location for any mental health service. The receptionist is completely unprofessional and rude, she basically shamed me for confirming if billing was correct for my appointment. I had an issue with the met deductible transferring to my updated account and was estimated to have to pay $500 for services. When this issue was resolved through the insurance company I called to see how much I would have to pay, the receptionist proceeded to shame me for not being willing to pay $500 because "other people have to pay like $3,200, 500 is not bad." Sorry that I simply did not want to have to overpay for overpriced health care. I also missed a call to schedule an appointment to go over my psychological testing and have attempted to call back 3 times with no response to the messages I left in their voicemail.”

“The place was not only ran down & filthy but I questioned if it has ever been cleaned. Not to mention my first visit I sat in this gross waiting room for over 45 minutes before going to knock on a random door to let someone know I was there. About 5 more minutes and the receptionist strolls in like I had been bothering her. This already was uncomfortable to have to go through. Here it is 5 months later, I can't get through to the place and my Dr. Says they have still not heard back from this place. Save yourself the trouble and just look for someone else!”

“Receptionist, DJ, SEVERELY lacks customer service. She is snide, rude, condescending.,I had testing done in September and my primary doctor has yet to receive my results in December. I will be filing a HIPPA complaint if results aren’t forwarded by EOB tomorrow.”

“I recently visited Dr. Wasson’s office and I was immediately taken aback by how rundown and dirty the space was. It left a lot to be desired, but I was still hopeful about seeking treatment for my child. Dr. Wasson was friendly and courteous, which prompted me to schedule a second appointment. However, my positive experience quickly took a nosedive due to the rude and unprofessional receptionist. She was dismissive when I was trying to set up the second appointment, which was meant for my child’s evaluation. When the day of my child's appointment arrived, I was at the office on time and with 15 minutes to spare as per the receptionists request, only to find out that no appointment had been scheduled at all. The receptionist scrambled to blame Dr. Wasson for the mix-up, but when I pointed out that she was the one who had set up the appointment, she had no choice but to backtrack. I even showed her my call history with the exact date and time of our 10 minute conversation, and her response was shockingly unhelpful—she just told me I’d have to make a new appointment. At this point, I had wasted precious PTO time for an appointment that didn’t even exist. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of professionalism in this office and will not be scheduling another visit. Save your time and look elsewhere!”
