“Not the best listeners at the front end and management. Was assigned the wrong therapist who had no experience with what I deal with, on about everything else, he is absolutely amazing. When I called, the secretary told me the that management was in a meeting, and that they would help. They then read word for word why I was there, including the referral diagnosis. She then gave to the manager who said word for word, "there is nothing in the notes saying that." What?!?! How could the secretary say it just moments before, then management, who had just left an important meeting moments ago to speak to little ol me have less information then the secretary and say the complete opposite? Stay away, something fishy happening here and it doesn't feel good mentally when the entire point of me seeing this place was to improve my mental health... It's sad because the therapist I dealt with was a good guy. Updated: 4/10 I want to start by saying I appreciate the cancelled fee, and I'm genuinely sorry that Matt is no longer available to work with — he is the sole reason I'm giving this review two stars rather than one, and would rate him four stars on his own. This review, however, reflects my experience with the business itself, and my core issue was never being matched with an appropriately qualified therapist. I'd also ask that no further outreach be made on the "we care" front — Matt was the one who actually demonstrated that. I also want to note, for the record, that I recall a phone call with a manager who raised her voice at me during our conversation. Given the practice's name, the disconnect between branding and experience has been striking.”

The staff with their impeccable capability for love and compassion immensely captivated my heart and changed my perspective on my life and the things i need to do to live a better one. Mandy, Darcie, and Brandice have such a special place in my heart i have so much love in my soul because of these 3 incredible beautiful ladies. Had they not found me i have no clue where id be i love you guys more than you could ever know. 🖤”

Exceptional staff and attentive owners trickle down into a warm environment conducive for personal growth. Psych and Psych has a special way to meet individuals where they are and give them the tools needed to mature in life.”
