What patients say on Google

“My experience with NP Niagado has been very positive. She is detailed and informative, and she does a thorough job of evaluating health history and using assessments to figure out the best route for a care plan. Beyond that, she is warm and easy to talk to, so I felt comfortable discussing my mental health with her. She takes her responsibility as a provider seriously and offers a high level of care. I recommend Priority Well-Being if you are looking for help with prioritizing your health and wellness and want conscientious and professional support.”

“I'll start off by saying that my previous experiences with the NP were positive - she is polite and straightforward. However, my last experience with her was quite frankly alarming, due to serious issues in responsiveness and medication continuation. After a visit that was under 10 minutes, and primarily for the purpose of checking in for refills, she forgot to send my prescriptions to my pharmacy. Fine, it's a human mistake, I understand. However, there was absolutely no way to get in touch with her. No patient portal, all my calls went straight to voicemails that were left unanswered, and no responses to the emails to an address I was able to find out after some digging. No response to even my CVS pharmacy's refill request, or to ZocDoc's customer care team (that's the platform I used to book the appointment). Granted, this was during the holiday season, but I did not receive any response for a week, even though she had appointments available. I had to rely on requesting emergency supply from my pharmacy, and eventually missed doses for my psychiatric medication- I don't think I need to explain why that's not okay. She did finally reach back out after a week, and apologized for forgetting to send my refill request, but I'm not going to continue seeing her. I hope she reads this and takes this issue seriously - if you have patients coming to you for issues related to stress and mental health, surely you need to be a little more proactive. PS: After this experience, I scrolled through her ZocDoc reviews. If you are able to filter through the overwhelmingly positive reviews (so many of them referring to her as a doctor, which she is not), you will see a clear pattern of multiple people complaining about this exact issue.”
