How likely are you to recommend Hope Health Systems Inc?
“I would recommend Christine Green my psychiatrist and DR Ali Hodan my medical doctor because they are very caring for their patients, transportation always comes to pick you up if scheduled with front desk staff, Christine green takes time to listen to her patients needs and so does DR Ali Hodan, this is a great place to visit and express your thoughts as well this place is definitely highly recommended shout out to christine green thank you for all that you do for me! and Ali Hodan thank you for helping me when I am sick and taking my complaints seriously.”
“My adult brother has serious mental health issues. He recently inquired health insurance we're not sure how because he is not even stable enough to take care of his basic needs on his own. He was assigned to a nurse practitioner Jane from this facility. I called three times in one day requesting a call back from her .I was assured that I would receive a phone call back from her that same day. The front desk person he insisted that I would get a call back. That was at 9:00 a.m. then I called at 2:00 and I was told that she was out for lunch or something and she would call me back. Then I called around 5:00 still nothing. At one point I explained to them this was a time-sensitive matter, but I didn't want to get into any unnecessary details until I can speak to her directly. I called the next day person that took my call asked me if I wanted to speak to the doctor on call. Of course I said yes. It's been 2 weeks no one has called me back. After reaching out to one of my social work friends. She informed me that both her and her other social work friends are all aware and familiar with this facility and they are known quantity in the variety of care that they offer. But they lack quality and are mostly incompetent. Nobody cares about adults with mental health issues unless they submit themselves to treatment. The system is broken. How can somebody with mental health issues voluntarily submit themselves to treatment when they can barely take care of their own basic hygiene? What good is a facility or practitioner if they can't even return a phone call? We have lost two weeks on our time sensitive matter. I was lied to four times. I am both disheartened and disappointed”
“Cant rely on transportation. I was denied a therapist for 4 months because they said there were no openings for their therapists meanwhile when I called and finally complained and let them know it has been 4 months they assigned me an intern. Ridiculous. My old psych ms. Ranette did not respect my time, told me to look up my own disorder bc she didn’t know a lot about it at all, put me on too many unhelpful medications. One of the drivers took me to a random parking lot just to stand outside the car and do nothing for 10 mins, meanwhile I needed to get to hope health for my therapy appt. And I don’t know if KB works there anymore but he drove like a maniac, almost hit the curb so I told him he was going to crash and he gets mad at me because “no I wasn’t”. This is a sad excuse for a business. It’s very disappointing.”
“This place is not a facility I would recommend to another. The turn over of staff has changed the level of care. The Director, Dr.Sheppard only see the point of view of doctors and does not value the patient and family concerns. Trust me this is not a good facility for your love to ones to go. The Doctor is very obnoxious and the facility is very unorganized. Discharged my son out of the program due to me not being able to accommodate the Director. His way or the highway, he doesn't care much about helping the kids only a paycheck. Place is very unorganized and Dr. Sheppard always arrives late for his appt.”
