“Probably the worst dentist I've ever been to, the older woman I don't know her name gave me numbing shots for a filling, gave me one wrong and my entire left side of my face felt like it was on fire and I told her it hurts and she didn't stop. I told them my vision was doubling and blurry, I was shaking and trying not to cry but I did, she told me those shots don't cause that you must be drunk, I'm 33 weeks pregnant, and I'm beyond insulted. She proceeded to ignore what I'm telling her and fill two teeth and grind them completely down where I can't use them anymore and they are painful. I never will recommend this place.”

“I've been seen there for years. Some good Dr's appear rarely. Dr. Michael Browning, is one of the good ones. You're not just a name or a #. He doesn't try to hurry you out. He actually addresses issues & figures out how to solve them. I don't appreciate having to wait forever or being crammed up in the waiting room like a sardine. I also don't appreciate them not answering the phone before closing time. It was within 10 mins of closing & nobody answered.”

“I’ve been a patient here for almost a year now. I see Dr. Brashear and her Nurse Jessica. Everyone at the office is friendly and helpful. They are very attentive and are prompt to follow up with phone calls and messages sent via the app. I’ve never had a problem getting in the office for an appointment. After seeing three doctors for help, and getting nowhere, Dr. Brashear took the time to listen to me and helped me with the correct medications and referrals for the specialist I needed to see for my Lymphedema. I attribute her and the staff at Primary Plus with giving me back any type of quality of life and I would recommend them to everyone.”
