What patients say on Google
“Dr. Micheal Browning is hands down the best doctor I’ve had! He listens to every single thing you tell him and explains it until you understand it. Always positive and so sweet. So if you need a doc book with DR. Browning👨⚕️🩺 also the nurses, receptionist, phlebotomist he works alongside is awesome too! So incredibly blessed by this team”
“I received excellent service Dr Alison is very attentive. She listens to everything like your a priority no rushed visit”
“I booked an appointment 2 months ago for a new patient annual physical with pap. I thought it was unusual that I hadn't received any information in the mail to complete, nor did I receive a reminder text or phone call. So, on the morning of my afternoon appointment, I called to confirm and was told I had the appointment. I arrived in the office only to be told the doctor (Brashear) was not in and that I should have been called last week to offer an alternate appointment. (It sounded like her office hour availability was even being reduced.) The receptionist then seemed "bothered" to try to find another appointment to offer, but told me that this provider was booked through August. She also explained that I'd have to have two separate visits for a physical and a pap. (As someone in coding and billing as a career, this raised a red flag.) I wasn't interested in waiting another 1 1/2 months for a mediocre provider who doesn't have competent scheduling staff, so I firmly declined any future scheduling. New patients wishing to schedule BEWARE! Two encounters with staff on both levels was not that friendly. (I'd give negative stars if I could, I felt that disrespected.)”
“Horrible...I was told many times this office was never busy to come anytime. Went just to get blood work done and was told they really don't do it there when I just had it done in July. Also they didn't even know what time the DR. would even be there. Was told I would get a call from the DR. and never did. The time before this, just for a appointment and it took 2 weeks for them to call. They are so used to doing nothing they don't really want to help you.”
