“I’d recommend for PCP. All the staff from the desk to nurses and the doctors are nice and respectful. I never felt rushed and my doctor does a good job of explaining and listening to me. In my experience so far wait times have been reasonable. They even offered one day when my doctor was running behind if I’d be ok seeing one of the other ones whom was free from a cancellation. I appreciated their respect for my time and took them up. Facility, wait area and exam rooms are kept nice and clean. My only complaint is with the parking/getting in and out of the garage is only way. So depending on where you’re coming from have to go past and take the roundabout to back on the correct side.”
