“I am an established patient of Dr. Lee and rely on prescribed medication for my mental health. Despite being patient and clearly expressing that this was a mental-health medication, I was refused an appointment over the phone and denied a short-term refill. The front office staff was dismissive and unhelpful, and no one offered any alternative options or concern for continuity of care. I was left without necessary medication and without support. Mental-health care requires compassion and follow-through, especially when a patient is requesting help responsibly and ahead of time. Unfortunately, I did not experience either here. I am now forced to seek care elsewhere. This experience felt careless and dismissive of mental-health needs. I would not recommend this office.”

“I recently visited Dr. Lee on the recommendation of my primary care physician, hoping to address some growing health concerns. I was upfront and honest about my symptoms, expecting to receive attentive care. Unfortunately, Dr. Lee was incredibly dismissive and seemed uninterested in my concerns. Instead of addressing the issues I described, he prescribed a completely different medication that made no sense for my situation. When I later consulted with other doctors and a psychiatrist, they were puzzled and questioned why Dr. Lee would prescribe such a drug. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I felt that my health and well-being were not taken seriously. I would stay clear off this place, and take you health concerns elsewhere.”
