“I had a really good experience with Dr. Vladimir. From the first time I contacted him, he was very responsive and took the time to listen and understand my situation. I never felt rushed during the appointment and I felt comfortable being completely honest with him. What impressed me the most was how responsive he was even outside normal business hours. I had an issue getting my prescription from the pharmacy over the weekend, and he responded right away, personally called the pharmacy and got everything resolved for me. I just started treatment, so I can't comment on the results yet, but based on my experience with him so far, I really appreciate the level of care and communication I've received.”
