What patients say on Google

“This place is fantastic. It's clean and friendly. The staff is helpful and round the clock. I'm so glad I have the opportunity to stay here, I'm a schizophrenic and these people were there for me. 10/10 definitely recommend!”

“Very dishonest place and staff. The staff will tell you anything then gaslight you and make you seem like you're crazy just to push unfair and very biased policies. I got told I would be allowed accomodations for my religion in which their policy conflicted with and rather than work with me they chose to falsely accuse me of being a violent person and discharged me. Any staff and residents there know that I was very reasonable and respectful up untill the new administration came in. Also I'm pretty sure the administrator shouldn't be allowed to have her son working with her after he got fired (for alleged drug use) from the previous facility they BOTH worked at. There definitely needs to be some investigations done about this place and it's practices. 2 different owners and 4 administrators and they still can't control this situation without resorting to bullying residents to get what they want. Then let's not get started on the numerous times they were understaffed to the point me, a resident had to help the staff out with their job including stopping someone from bleeding out. Why is a resident having to stop another resident from bleeding out when there should be a sufficient amount of RSA and medical staff available for emergency situations. This place is not equipped to be a SMRHF and needs to stick with being a nursing home. And to be honest I wouldn't even send someone or come here for nursing home level treatment. I'd seek treatment somewhere else that actually shows compassion vs the iron fist approach these guys use.”
