“I have been able to get timely appointments and the staff is courteous and attentive. My experience has been little to no wait time when arriving for appointments and the waiting area is clean and orderly. The health practitioner's are caring and encourage questions during the visit. If needed, referrals are given to ensure proper diagnostics and treatment. Lab work is on-site and results are usually available next day. Access to records and communication via the ECU Patient Portal is an added feature and convenience.”

“This office is like a factory. There’s absolutely no privacy and you can hear what’s going on in every room and everyone can hear your business. I did not like signing my name three different times in a little square box not knowing what my signature was attached to. I was charged $495 for a first time visit that lasted five minutes. I also did not need 10 reminders about my appointment especially the one that woke me up in the middle of the night.”
