“I am so excited and blessed to have found Laura Antinarella, NP/pediatric psychiatrist! She is extremely thoughtful, kind, patient and easy to talk to. I've had mixed experiences with pediatric doctors in the past, one of which never even made eye contact with my child or spoke to them. I was welcomed with a warm greeting by Laura Antinarella, and I was able to go over the difficult situation my children had been through. The children have gotten along with her very well and they have commented on how nice she is. Medicaid is accepted, which is huge, and it's a local office on the beach as opposed to having to go up to Chesapeake or Norfolk just to find basic care. Everything goes through CHKD, which is a full day trip. The convenience and quality of care NP Antinarella provides is a huge plus for us, and I highly recommend her if you are looking to a psychiatric nurse practitioner/doctor for your children :). Very flexible with scheduling too, laid back.”
