“I've been patient since 2018 with Gloria Kim to start with. I started seeing Jakima Bloomfield February of 2025 and I give her 5 stars and amazing psychotherapy. All of sudden May 5, 2026, one year after, I received a rude a phone call that I had to cancel all my virtual appointments bc supposedly my insurance does not cover but wanted to continue virtual medication follow up. Not only I went thru 5 different psychiatrist, messed up my 1 meds and refused to listen and setback on my original medication which it's not controlled. Camille who answers the phone, don't get me wrong she's sweet but not understanding the situation. They're claiming they're not being paid for virtual visits which I have no problem doing, but they're more worried bout medications than therapy itself and have proof those visits are paid for. Till this day I need to find another therapist in inconvenient time. I've seen I'm not the only one who has billing issues and codes, don't come here after I invested since 2018 and ripped away. NO THANK YOU FOR UR AUTOMATED SORRY FOR THIS AND THAT CAUSE THEY SHOW NO MERCY PEOPLE WHO HAS CHRONIC MENTAL ISSUES”

“Please DO NOT GO there! After 5 years, I was able to get out of there. The quality of services of some mental health providers is very concerning, hence their big turnover. I was assigned several NPs throughout these years, including FREDERICK SESSOMS, the WORST of all of them. Please, DO NOT go with him EVER. This person lacks all kinds of skills, to the point that he dismissed me during a suicidal crisis a few years back. Another NP named TOLU, seems very young and improvising at all times. I got no response back about a serious issue that I brought up to her over 3 weeks ago, and that definitely, made me leave that place and search for the most amazing Psychiatrist I once had in this place named ELIZABETH SCARFE. She's very knowledgeable, personable, committed, professional, and compassionate. Besides that, I'd like to thank the admin team. I always found support in them and I was always treated with respect; hope you guys can find a better place to work at just like Mrs Scarfe did!”

“Horrible communication no one is ever available to return your call. Good luck on appointment availability….. I will never use this service again nor would I refer anyone looking for Services. It has become apparent while so many of the providers have left.”
