“I started at OneQuest Covington for medication management with Erin Schmidt, and she has been amazing from the beginning. She truly listens to my wants and needs and works hard to find the right medications without overmedicating. I always feel heard and never dismissed. She was especially there for me during the traumatic passing of my mother. I will never forget her giving me a hug and making me feel like she genuinely cared. That meant more than I can say. Erin first referred me to Accelerated Resolution Therapy with Charle Peck, who helped me process some important things. After Charle left, I began therapy with Cheyanne Doyen, and that has been a wonderful experience as well. At my first session with Cheyanne, I mentioned shadow work. By the next session, she had gone out and purchased a guided shadow work journal just because I brought it up. That small act showed me she really listens and follows through. Since then, she has helped me unpack difficult emotions in a way that feels safe and supportive, while still giving honest feedback. I was also recently connected with Shauna Kidwell for Accelerated Resolution Therapy and have had one great session with her so far. Everyone at OneQuest Covington has been kind, supportive, and professional. I would one hundred percent recommend them again and again. I also am looking forward to their partial hospitalization program as soon as my son is in school and I’m able to attend daily. I really feel like my mental health matters to these people.”
