How likely are you to recommend Patricia Broughton, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner?
What patients say on Google
“Months of looking, weeks of panic attacks and feeling helpless 247. Took roughly 40 plus minutes out in the parking lot convincing myself calling my little circle of people to go into this appointment in the first place, to walk in absolutely ZERO comfort or passion despite my very clear anxiety and fear displayed and spoken on. I was with Patricia Broughton less then six minutes before she literally laughed at me for telling her I was uncomfortable and didnt feel like she was listening to me. I would say 3 to 4 words before she would cut me off over talk me and have a very aggressive tone as if i was just a problem for not knowing why I'm mentally struggling. However she wouldn't let me just talk either. I got up and walked out saying "you are very rude" she said "no you are but you have to live with that laughing" I called my mother and boyfriend crying from the parking lot hyperventilating freaking out. They (my mother) ended up calling an ambulance to get me mental health. Patricia Broughton should not be allowed around ANYONE dealing with mental health at all and I will keep reporting her and that center. When someone comes to you scared crying and begging for help i dont know maybe hug them or let them talk. Even if you are not the right person they should be with Shut up listen and point them in the right direction! Dont laugh at them and make them feel worse. I came there on my last resort looking for help. I started off in tears telling her how desperate i was and scared i was for her to laugh at me! Six minutes i was with her and thank god i had a small support waiting for me because if not i truly dont think i would of made it home after that vist! Some other people might not be so lucky! Shame on you and the whole practice. I can almost promise im not the only one she has treated that way due to her comfort in lack of care. I will be contacting everyone I am able to and report how terrible she as a person in mental health. People like her is why people like me do not ask for help..”
“Transferred myself to Lifestance due to geographical restrictions limiting my travel convenience to previous provider group and happened upon a referral to Lifestance by my medical provider direction at my request for accommodating and caring behavioral health services and I couldn’t have gotten luckier! The transition to Lifestance has been quick, convenient, hospitable, and accommodating and to add to it, meeting Patricia BROUGHTON in person today was such a joy and I have absolute trust in her as a provider and a psych Nurse Practitioner. The initiation of care that began on the first call comforted me from the start. The staff guided me through the check in process, assisted me in entering all my new patient docs and insurance info then provided me with step by step instructions in the meantime to save the wait process getting to my appointment, which was scheduled within the first week of my call, provided text reminders and then set up my patient portal account online with all my demographic and patient coordination at hand after. I can’t say enough about Lifestance. They also offer the convenience of Telehealth care once your are is established in the first visit! If you’re seeking solid care with specialists who know their stuff, give them a call! It may save your life!”
“Such a sweet and compassionate person! She listens to me and seems to know exactly what to say! I appreciate her very much! I would recommend her to anyone that’s needing help. Thank you for your help and working with me!”
“I see Patricia Broughton, Absolutely amazing experience, I’ve had mental health issues my whole life, Patricia Broughton listens to what’s going on and what I’m going through, After she medicates me, She not only listens to what I want, But also Goes into detail, What way we should do it and why we should do it that way, Always wants to know how you’re doing and if anything changes to reach out, I could go on and on about how amazing and how good she is, in my opinion one of the best psychiatric I’ve ever seen! She is heaven sent , word can’t even describe the life and freedom she has given to me , beyond blessed”
