What patients say on Google

“Don't listen to the older negative reviews. Sometimes it takes a little hopping around to find the right therapist. This place is a lovely and homey place for counciling and therapeutic services, as well as psychiatric testing. I've been going here for 6 months, and Elizabeth is one of the nicest and most down to earth people I've met. Highly recommend!”

“I took my son here on March 26-2026 for an autism evulation the building was in horribile condition absolutely disgusting. At the end of the appointment the therapist said the report would be emailed to me with 4/6 weeks, it has now been 18 weeks and still no report. My wife and I call several times a week and when we finally get someone on the phone we get the same answer every single time ( the therapist treats and deals with alot of people and needs more time) or we get told that she's out sick for the rest of the week. You would think after 18 weeks there would be some answers. I paid over $900 out of pocket for this appointment and still no report. Would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone, they are supposed to be in the business of helping people. Pretty sad to see this to happen to more people.”

“I went in. Took the tests was told I’d have the results back in 4 to 6 weeks called on week 5. Was told they were still waiting to get the results back. Week 9 still hadn’t heard back. Called again. Good thing I called someone had “filed” them wrong. Was told there would be a rush and the results would be in the following day. The following day. No results. They can’t tell me, with whom I spoke too. Or why I would be told they would be in on that following day. When I finally got them in 4 days later. I started laughing, they put down the WRONG work place, and so much more. It takes a lot for people to ask for help sometimes, I’m going to have to go get more testing done now just to make sure what they said was correct. I was lied to. Made to feel like I was the problem while I was trying to get help just for calling back. They may not have been straight forward with there rudeness, but it’s all in the tone they take with people. And the tone they took with me was just not called for. If this company happens to read this. Please remember you’re trying to HELP PEOPLE . Not to make them feel like a PROBLEM when they’re trying to ask for help.”

“Receptionist was the only friendly one there, fake or no. The meeting room was cold, and so was the Woman I met with. It was an ADHD assessment, she had all my history of diagnoses, but expected me to remember everything. Said I didn't need to take two specific tests, then made me do them anyways. There was ZERO privacy, tests were taken at a table in the waiting room. I'm a grown woman, and I felt so overwhelmed and anxious, it was a horrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.”
