“Tried to set up new patient and staff was rude!!! They are full of excuses and all new. Must be a terrible place to work if everyone is new. First call sat on hold 15 minutes called back to hear excuses from woman about new staff. Then she said, oh I can’t help you let me send your call to someone who can and she hung up! So I call back the next day and ask for someone who is not new. She was also full of excuses. All appointments are telehealth, which I don’t mind but the set up for medicine sounds overly complicated. I will not be using this office for my needs. Your staff is rude and I cannot imagine it gets better with the counselors or doctors if they chose this office staff to represent them.”

“I had a horrible experience with these people.. I tried every program and some drugs they gave me and all of it was a complete waste of time and money.. they couldn't help me with anything.. I absolutely gained nothing from them other then I was depressed.. I was there for 3 years or more and I felt taken advantage and used just for money.. I was continuously lied to by therapist saying they could help me and not one of them could help me with anything. They will supply you with as much drugs as you want but don't expect anything else.. I hope they close the place down or higher all new staff..”

“There is a not a good system in place for scheduling or payments. Additionally, the psychiatrist I had there would spend no more than 15 minutes with me but would bill me for an hour and filled out forms for my college incorrectly which resulted in me not being able to access services I needed.”

“Absolutely horrible place to be!! Not willing to help or even try to understand. You're lucky if Dr. Randwani will spend more than 10 minutes with you!!!! No a place to go while feeling down.”
