“Missed an appointment because apartment had an inspection that couldn't be missed or else I would have lost my apartment. Tried calling several times for a reschedule and to explain why I didn't show up. Got no response back. Got a response from the reception once saying they'd let my therapist know and that Kelly would call me back but got no call backs. I think therapy just isn't for me if it gets in the way of my life responsibilities and I get punished for doing what I can to keep my apartment.”
