“I’m 16 and I went impatient CDH in February. I was having a hard time struggling with my depression recently was sexually assaulted and I needed some extra help so I go impatient. on Ash Wednesday I was sad that my dad had to leave without me and I was crying. Then there was these two nurses, Laura and Sarah, who are still there By the way, and they told the psychiatrist they saw me banging my head up against the wall So the psychiatrist put in a shot for me later proved that I wasn’t Nor did they see me by cameras . They were just lying cause they didn’t like me. I was tired I was laying down and then I see eight police security people seven of them being men mind you I was there mainly for my sexual assault. I go out and I say can I please have a glass of water Laura says no we’re dealing with something go away Laura comes in and says do you want the shot in your butt or in your arm? I’m like what are you talking about? Please let me call my dad. Please don’t do this fast-forward a little bit. I’m in the corner of the room. Eight male security guards are cornering me. I’m begging Asking them do they have kids please? What if I was your daughter? Please don’t do this to me and then they all pinned me down And gave me 2 shots And it’s not like I was out of control. The psychiatrist everyone apologized to me the Manager even the police They all realize that it was wrong I was assaulted as CDH hospital please don’t send your kids there Alexian brothers anywhere else Laura and Sarah assaulted me The psychiatrist never would’ve put in the shot if they didn’t lie, saying that I was putting my head up against the wall They wanted to see me hurt in pain. They were relying to my dad about things that I were doing there in hospitals always find a way to Get away please don’t let them get away with this I don’t know about you, but when I think of assault, I think of being pinned down and may do something you don’t wanna do and that’s exactly what happened to me that day I was begging them to call my dad pleading, I’ll go to sleep please don’t do this But instead, I was held down. Laura put the shot in the left arm Sarah put it in the right Doing this all with crosses on their forehead for Ash Wednesday I seriously cannot wrap my head around it. So Dr. Salmon nurse, Laura nurse Sarah, Maya, nurse Rachel All of the security who didn’t stop it other than two who tried their best But ultimately couldn’t stop it I hope you know every night I have nightmares. I can’t even come close to a hospital. I couldn’t sleep by myself for two weeks Because how bad you guys traumatized me As much as I hate you, I would never wish that upon you.”

“They don't want you to get better. They just want you to comply and believe that "staying positive" and using basic coping skills will fix all your problems. Don't go here if you're struggling with anything other than mild depression, seriously.”

“I have done this program 2 times, and its been very helpful for me. I came for mental health support, and substance use issues. Both programs are very informative and the therapists are great. My main issues with the program come with the duration of support, because its only 4 weeks, and the psychiatrists. The psychiatrists push medication very heavily. I came to the program taking sertraline as my antidepressant, and my psychiatrist has consistently pushed me to double my dosage. When i say no she has continued to push me to increase my dosage, despite me telling her that I increased my dosage a week before starting. I have talked to several patients who have had the same experience with their psychiatrists at this center. Some of them mentioned that they were given medications to fix side effects of other medications, leading them to take 7 different pills. They also said the withdrawals weren’t explained to them at all. I do enjoy the groups and opportunities to learn from other patients.”

“Was self admitted into inpatient for dual diagnosis for a 30 day stay out of pocket pay. The old Dr is out of his mind and was calling me fat, or told me I didn’t know what I was talking about when it’s my own body. Staff listened in on all my conversations from the phone to other clients. Then proceeded to call my significant other and mom to accuse me of trying to sell drugs. I made friends there and they accused me of trying to have relationships also. Finally, they listened in a conversation with another client where I swore and they kicked me out in less than 10 minutes and made me walk home to be off the property. Otherwise treatment is subpar, some useful things to be learned but PROCEED WITH CAUTION.”
