“We have had a positive experience working with Natalie and Greer at the Shorewood location for physical therapy and speech therapy! All of the staff members are so welcoming and my daughter loves going to see them. They always give explanations about what they did in their sessions and are always willing to answer questions. “My son was recently diagnosed with autism. I was referred for ABA therapy by his speech therapist at another location. I had heard great things about Westside Children's therapy. I called and did my initial intake over the phone and was told that someone would be contacting me to set up initial evaluation eval. This is now 6 months of waiting on a wait list and my son hasn't even been able to get in for an evaluation. My son has been on a wait list since May!!!Is this common to wait 6 months to then be told that they do not have staffing to accommodate your child? Had I known that I would be made to wait this long only to be told it's not going to happen before the end of the year, I would have sought out therapy elsewhere. I don't recommend this waiting to anyone!”
