“I love Faith Kelly. We were building a really great Dr/patient relationship untill I got assaulted. I was a mess mentally and emotionally. My problem is the receptionist. She's rude, inconsiderate, and uncompassionate.I should consider my Drs office a safe place. I don't feel safe at all and the anxiety the receptionist has caused makes it impossible for me to pick up the phone to make an apt. I really miss Faith and my health is suffering. I'll probably have to find a different Dr office now.”
