“Great care clinic. Front staff is caring, considerate, efficient, organized. Best professional staff in Manistee. I cLl them up, show a little early, their paperwork is ready and i never have a long wait. Additionally, intake with the assistants is comfortabe, caring and considerate. Dr. Lipon has been my doctor for a number of years and has more than earned my faith in her ability. Friendly, knowledgeable, tried and true. She will be my doc, friend, and confidant to the end. Hard to find this personabilty in this busy world. She has helped me through sickness and health. And she is smart and funny, too.”

“For anyone reading negative reviews, realize that most people are expecting ample time given for their own medical needs but don’t care if the same level of service is given to others. People act as if this is a fast food drive thru- expecting quick service right when they pull up. It’s not unique to this facility, but all medical/dental offices that SOMETIMES have long waits. Sometimes they don’t. This is a very friendly and accommodating medical center with great staff. Would recommend.”

“Very incompetent. Our first appointment they said there was no charge. Billing had put a hold on our account withoutsending a bill. A referral place told us I needed a diabetic exam. Um I don't have diabetes. They canceled our 6 month follow-up. They rescheduled us. We show up, and the appointment was never put on the calendar. They gave us a 10:10 appointment, and at 10:40 we could not wait any longer. The audacity, we were told they took a walk-in. I told them I better not be charged.”

“I am very disappointed in this place. I waited over 45 minutes to see my doctor and when I got in I was hoping to have the same nurse I had my last two appointments but instead had someone completely incompetent. She did not know what she was doing and was extremely slow at taking my information, not to mention rude and short with me when I told her why I was seeing the doctor. I asked where the usual nurse was whom was very kind and truly cared about what I had to say, while also taking her time with me the last few times I visited, plus got me into my appointment less than 10 min after I checked in! I was told she no longer worked here. Quite a disappointment!! Thankfully I still got to see my usual doctor. Just when I thought this place was finally getting better as to how they handle patients, I was mistaken. They sure can’t seem to keep their employees who actually make a difference in that place!”
