What patients say on Google

“I currently see Caitlin Wade at this location and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her. She takes all of medications and life factors into consideration when discussing options with me. She knows her information, and if she doesn't know something, she does the research. She listens to me and asks how my life is going outside of the medications. She's made a few over the counter medication suggestions and they have significantly improved different aspects of my life. I've seen 3 other psychiatrists at other locations, and only one of them actually cared, but never took into consideration all of my meds and wanted to find a wonder pill to fix everything. Caitlin is okay that I have multiple medications and if she's concerned about interactions or serotonin syndrome she's not afraid to say it and suggests alternatives. I couldn't ask for a better psychiatrist than her. The reception desk though is horrible. I have had 3 different accounts appointments that I was not notified about until the absolute last minute. Twice as soon as I see Caitlin and she is the one telling me, "Oh hey, by the way did you know about the appointment following this one?" I understand that I am seeing Caitlin, but it would be appreciated if I could be notified or asked if that's okay with me as I may have other things going on. Edit: I received a call recently about my complaint over those appointments that I'm told last minute about and was made to feel that it was my fault because I've needed to see my psych every month. "Normally people are only authorized around 4 appointments for med reviews". We haven't found the right dosage on meds and got told that it's not normal to do that, and that if I really need help just talk to Crisis, which isn't helpful when my problems are medication related. When I started seeing Caitlin, I was told by multiple staff members that if I ever need more appointments, it wouldn't be a problem. I am very upset and feel like my mental health is only truly cared about by Caitlin. The only reason I would recommend coming here is Caitlin, she is the only reason I have given this place 3 stars, otherwise it would be a 1 star rating.”

“30 years I've been receiving services from CMH, worth it in my opinion. My case was finally closed in 2025. At the beginning I saw Dr Davidson. At the end I saw Dr Spurlock. After many different medications, trials and errors, we found what works for me. Life is great.”

“Theirs definitely inappropriate communication going on here. It seems to happen every time I come back here. Im not sure if the computers are messed up or the people are just blatantly lying. I got back in here scheduled an appointment, I went in to see someone telling them that I may need to cancel an appointment later in down the road because I got a new job. They said I already canceled the appointment three times when I've never even canceled an appointment, I had just got back in there. Theirs some kind people there, but too many confused people. It's a waste of time.”
