“We definitely chose the right place for her care! My daughter was in and out of the Jefferson Urgent Care with X-rays completed in 40 minutes on a Sunday night. Baffling how fast that was! Then an amazing nurse named Tori called today to organize referrals and additional tests and follow up appointments. She was incredibly patient and was intentional on follow through. We are so impressed. I have not had medical care this thorough and caring in quite some time. Thank you!”

“I gave 3 stars because we were in an out in about an hour or so. My 2 yr old son needed an x ray on his leg/ankle, so it was a quick appt. The check in staff, nurse & x ray tech were very kind. However the nurse practitioner we saw was very un friendly. Could definitely tell she didn’t work with younger patients much which is weird since on their google it says pediatric care as one of their services. But that was beside the point. My son who was in pain and is a very standard toddler, who wasn’t even acting bad at all. As the NP was leaving the room she says “good luck with him, he seems like a handful.” Which I find very strange to say to a family. Might also want to note that when she walks in she asks our sons name & then says “and who are you two” to my husband and I, I assume because we are white and have an adopted African American son. Anyways, thankful that the nurse & x ray tech were kind to us!”
