“doctors never on time for appts, call last minute to cancel or reschedule, short visits lasting less than 15 mins, didn’t take my concerns seriously, wouldn’t let me back in as an existing patient that hadn’t been in over a year due to financial concerns obviously only there for a paycheck”

“They rescheduled my appointment 4 times. Each time calling last minute to cancel. What was initially scheduled in March got pushed back to august after 4 cancellations on their end. To the point where I was crying on the phone with them. Very frustrating when you are trying to get help on your mental health. Finally was given a last minute appt in July with a different doctor who had a patient cancel on them. And when I had that appointment they couldn’t pull up my referral and test results I was told was uploaded in March. I work for Northeast Georgia and found all of it extremely upsetting.”

“Been waiting 3 months for an appointment. My appointment is in 2 days and they called to reschedule due to family emergency. Okay. Fine. No big deal but they could not give me an appointment for another 3 months. She literally sat on the phone with me in silence looking for another date. Clearly unprepared to make up for this inconvenience and told me it would be at least another 3 months- She never even gave me an available date and just sat in silence so I just told her to cancel. They obviously don't know how mental health works- because 6 months is ridiculous.”

“I was referred by my primary care physician back in March to this office. After calling this office in March to schedule my appointment, they said they are booked until July and could only schedule an appointment within that month (to which I did). When July comes around, they tell me they need to reschedule me to September, as the next available appointment due to scheduling conflicts. It's now September and they're telling me that they don't even have me down on record for any appointments. I waited 6 months with a referral just for them to tell me I can't even see them for my first appointment this year.”
