She listened to my concerns, believed me when something didn’t feel right, and ordered additional testing. That testing eventually led to the discovery of my thyroid cancer. While the diagnosis came later through additional imaging and a biopsy, I truly believe her willingness to listen and investigate helped put me on the path to getting answers.
