“I've been a patient at this office for years now, and I'm so thankful for their care and service. I've never spoken with anyone at this office who has not been completely willing to help me out, no matter what I need. From scheduling to blood work to my primary care doctor, every person at this office treats me like I matter and they genuinely care about my well-being. You'd never know if one of them was having a bad day, and they are always laughing and smiling with each other when I walk in, and I'm always greeted as soon as I walk up to the desk, which makes me feel welcome. I've never seen a doctor here who wasn't fully aware of my medical history and ready to properly care for me. My questions are always answered in a timely manner and if someone doesn't know, they tell me, and they find the answers - so I know I can count on them to give me correct information and medical assistance that will be in my best interest. Dr. Rodriguez and Mikaela are the providers I see regularly - but I would trust any doctor at this office for my care. I feel blessed to live so close to such a wonderful healthcare facility! I came to Dr. Rodriguez with a number of health issues and concerns that were not being addressed through the VA and he has been absolutely amazing in helping me navigate all of it. He listened to my concerns, asked questions, and took everything seriously, and made sure nothing was brushed aside. What's even more impressive is that he and his team have to coordinate with the VA, which can be incredibly difficult and frustrating.
