I had been searching for a physician for quite some time who would not only provide excellent medical care but also understand my cultural background and make me feel comfortable discussing my health concerns. I’m so glad I found Dr. Parikh. From my very first visit, she took the time to truly listen to me. I never felt rushed or like I was just another patient on the schedule. She listened carefully to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and worked with me to develop a plan that I felt comfortable with. I especially appreciate that she involves you in decisions about your care rather than simply telling you what to do. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and very easy to communicate with. Finding a physician who feels like the right cultural fit was extremely important to me, and Dr. Parikh exceeded my expectations. I felt understood, respected, and genuinely cared for throughout my visit. The staff at the clinic was also wonderful. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, professional, and helpful, which made the entire experience even better. From the moment I arrived until the end of my appointment, I felt well taken care of. “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Gupta is my primary care provider, and I've been extremely pleased with the care I've received from him and the entire team at the Braselton location. One of the things I appreciate most about Dr. Gupta is how down to earth he is. He takes the time to have an actual conversation with you, stays current with the latest medical information and trends, and seems genuinely interested in overall health and wellness rather than simply reaching for another prescription whenever there's an issue. I really appreciate that approach to healthcare. The rest of the staff deserves recognition as well. The reception staff at the Braselton office are always exceptionally friendly, helpful, and great about communicating. During my most recent visit, Jennifer S. from the prescription prior authorization department even came out to personally introduce herself and speak with me after we had previously communicated through MyChart. That was a small gesture, but it was a very nice personal touch and really stood out to me. What I appreciate most is that I've never felt like I'm just another patient being processed through the system. Whether I'm dealing with Dr. Gupta, the front desk, or someone behind the scenes, I get the feeling that they genuinely take an interest in me as a patient. That's becoming increasingly hard to find in healthcare, and it's a big reason I'm happy to have Dr. Gupta and the Braselton team handling my primary care.”

They are all very caring, always take their time to listen and I never felt rushed. If i didn’t understand a test result, they went over it to explain it so I understood. The staff are friendly and helpful. My chart works well with communication, test results, scheduling.”
