“Would not recommend to anyone seems like no one communicates or cares. Waited almost three weeks for an autism assessment for them to call an hour before the appointment and tell me they dont offer that testing. I had spoken to their office twice that same week and when originally scheduled confirming everything. Mentioned why I was coming in and no one said anything. Seems very poorly managed and lots of finger pointing”

“Website and phone message says urgent care opens at 9am on Saturdays, so I came here right at 9. Staff started trickling in after I got here, all of them saw me waiting in the parking lot. 45 minutes after they were supposed to open, doors are still locked, and unable ro reach anyone on the phone, despite voice message stating they are open. If youre sick and looking to be seen, hope you feel like sitting in your car for an hour.”
