Corinna Donner, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

“Corinna Donner should lose her license after reading other reviews and after what I have just experienced. I was put on multiple medications and informed her at multiple appointments I wanted to wean off one of them because it was making things worse. She refused to take me off any medication and two appointments ago rushed me out of the office with a new diagnoses that isnt even recognised as a formal diagnoses as well as a pamphlet for another medication she wanted me to try while I was in tears. Last appointment I informed her of how I felt about being rushed out, that I didnt like the medications I was on and felt like an experiment, I wanted a release of information form so she could contact my counselor(asked multiple appointments and she finally does this last appointment) and that I almost was considering a new psychiatrist but that I did not want to, I wanted to be open and honest about how I felt and work on a resolution patient to psychiatrist proffessionally. She refused to take me off medications I was having issues with, increased the dose of one medication, and prescribed me a whole new medication. A total of 4 medications. I waited a week for this new medication to be approved before calling my pharmacy to find out she cancelled my prescriptions and when I called Som Medical to ask why I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then told Corinna Donner discharged me because "I need a higher level of care" according to the receptionist. I am on medications that can not be quit cold turkey. This is one of the most unproffessional establishments I have ever been to. Appointments were scheduled and cancelled and rescheduled all the time. I NEVER was seen at my appointment time sometimes I would be in the waiting room for 45 minutes before being seen and was only granted 15 minutes before she would rush me out when it was supposed to be 25 minutes. If I could give her less that 1 star I would. If you value your mental health and your life, DO NOT SEE CORINNA DONNER. You will be an experiment to her, not a patient.”

“Corinna Donner should not have a license to practice medicine. She, without warning, dropped a patient and cancelled prescriptions (one of them being a script that can cause serious bodily harm to stop cold turkey, after completely ignoring multiple requests to be weaned off the drug). It seems she has no idea what she is doing and will just diagnose you with something to put you on meds and when you tell her they are not working she will keep you on them and just add more. She also has no issue cutting down appointment times and charging you the same amount.”

“My appointment was cancelled three times day of appointment . Three times I took off work twice I drove from Hamburg an hour drive just to tell me it's cancelled upon arrival. This is how we care for mental health patients desperate for help .frustrated is an under statement.”
