What patients say on Google

“This organization has some seriously misplaced priorities. For one thing, you might wonder, where did New Vista come from, it has sort of appeared from nowhere? Well, not really, it used to be Bluegrass.org, and before that it was essentially CompCare. They have spent tens of thousands of dollars on marketing the New Vista name. Your guess why is as good as mine. While they have a lock on contracting with CHFS, they want to whine about the slim a margin their treatment business operates. But they tend to hide their real cash cow which is housing for otherwise homeless individuals. All of this is closed to public scrutiny because they are a 'private' non-profit, albeit dependent on their contract with the State. Do I sound jaded? They refused to see someone close to me who was referred to them under a court order from outside the Bluegrass. Because of insurance. I knew when it happened it was my friends last chance given his life circumstances. Now the remainder of his life is locked inside an unrealistic world of confusion, hallucination, and solitude. The last time I checked, still within the term of a court order, New Vista had closed this guy's case, according to their policy. Thanks New Vista, you have a nice logo.”
