“Absolutely horrible!!!!! I had an appointment at 12. Was there earlier. My baby was crying being stuck there for over 50 minutes with not any at the desk, therapist not showing up, and I called the number as well as bule ridge transportation called and no one answered. I even started to doubt myself thinking I was wrong and told blue maybe it was for 1. Nope I found the appointment card it said 12. When I was yelling for someone they must have heard me say 1 because they said it's at 1. I showed the card to receptionist and she said no it's not she argued with me. And Pam the therapist came out laughing at me and I said I don't know what you are laughing at not showing up for your appointment and can clearly here my son crying for over 50 minutes. I reported it to Medicaid to make sure they don't try and claim they saw me and get paid as well as my daughter's future appointment. So they lost two clients not just one. So upset and angry. The whole purpose in needing to go is to get help and better and have a support system not make you sicker and angrier. So unprofessional and a disgrace to allow a child to sit crying for that long just because you both were together talking in the back probably eating lunch . I have pictures of the card, window message and wall message and that no one was at the desk . Yet says to call if therapist is 10 minutes late but no one bothers to answer the phone. I hope Medicaid does a full investigation on them because this is ridiculous to do to people who are in need of help to do this to them and their families. I highly don't recommend them because apparently I'm not the only one because there's a sign so they must do this a lot. Therapist are supposed to help make you feel better not worse!!!! I'm so frustrated and upset. Do not go or send your kids here !!!”
“It’s a pretty terrible place right off the bat. The lady at the front desk with red hair was rude and ran us off because we were “rude” on the phone. More like stressed because therapy is expensive. She had zero compassion & honestly was extremely petty & completely unprofessional. On top of that is it suicide prevention month & I couldn’t imagine if someone on the brink of it all were to have a conversation with her & that was their last straw. This place needs to do better. You SHOULD expect to handle and deal with people who have anger issues, stress, anxiety, shyness etc. so for YOU at the front to get angry with them, how about you try some therapy yourself? I wish I could rate zero stars. Also I use to go here as a teenager & the therapist I use to have would curse constantly to me & I didn’t like it at all. Also Donald let one of my friends who was going through spiritual psychosis walk out saying “I’m better now.” When they clearly were not. They just let anyone be therapists.”
“Its always been hard for me to talk to/open up to a stranger ( counselor or therapist) because of issues including trust, and not feeling comfortable. But since I started going here a couple months ago my counselor is a miracle from God. Jan is the best counselor ive ever had. She actually listens to me and doesn't stay on her phone or dozing off like the last counselor I had. I now look forward to my appointments with Jan. I thank God for letting her be my counselor, because I dont feel completely alone now and like I have someone in my corner that is (among other things) helping me to learn to believe in myself and to learn how to forgive myself and I feel like shes truly helping me. She is destined to do this kind of work because shes already helped me a lot and she tells me shes proud of me about somethings I am trying to stop doing and that REALLY helps me a lot. I wished she had a group that I could be apart of”
“My therapist Jan is so helpful and sweet. She's helped me so much. My child has went to Caroline in the past and was wonderful in helping her. Everyone there is so friendly.”
