At the start that was a huge election of available providers which was great as it let me choose someone I felt I would comfortable. My treatment options, especially availability of appointments, have been outstanding. The admin staff are amazing and when my insurance lapsed payments on their end, MySpectrum went above and beyond by working with me and my insurer. They even promised to waive the outstanding costs of the appointment I had, even my insurer would not pay.
