“I was a new patient coming to find new care and will never go back. They checked me in at the front desk. I got there at 10:30 for my appointment at 10:45. I took a seat and waited, and waited, and WAITED!!! An hour passed and had still had not gone back. I ended up leaving without seeing anyone. I understand waiting a little, but when your appointment is at 10:45 and you are still waiting to get into a room at 11:45, that is ridiculous!!! I will NEVER go back to this place.”

“I have spent YEARS being terrified of doctors. Been belittled and told I wasn't doing anything to help myself. After reviewing labs that he himself had refused to order (thankful my OBGYN ordered them...) that my thyroid issues would resolve themselves if I stopped making excuses for myself, eat only green vegetables and lean mets, and work out like a pro athlete. Dr Moore HEARD ME. She never blamed me, and she treated not just the problems, but she treated me. I felt like a person for the first time in ages at a Dr office. I have to drive 35-40 minutes one way, but I'll do it with no regrets. She is amazing and I'm so thankful for her.”
