“There is a button next to the front door you have to press to get buzzed into the building. It’s on the right side of the door. I hope this is helpful because past reviewers have said they couldn’t get access the building. I had a really great experience here. The process does take some time and you have to be patient. But they were truly amazing and helped me so much. I was assigned an emergency case worker, Phil, who has been amazing. He continuously checks up on me and has helped me every step of the way. Phil helped me sign up for all of my appointments (mental, dental and primary care), as well get Medicaid coverage within a week of leaving the crisis center. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. They are the net.”

“This place is a joke. It’s so frustrating. My husband began having seizures a couple years ago and at the beginning people kept telling us they were panic attacks and he was just stressed out. That it was all in his head. We went here during one of his seizures to get it ruled out as a panic attack and maybe have someone finally believe us. And both the therapist and the nurses were like oh well we were able to calm him down it’s definitely a panic attack. He just needs to breathe and stress less. Even tho he had multiple seizures in their office unprovoked or “triggered” not one person would believe us that they were seizures. Drenched in sweat, his senses gone haywire, (ie he was smelling and hearing things that weren’t there), loss of mobility. All of it. In their office. They would last 2-5 minutes each and then go away and then when each seizure was over he would vomit and be drenched in cold sweats. I get this wasn’t a medical clinic but as a crisis center being able to distinguish between seizure activity and a panic attack should have been top priority. We should have called an ambulance instead they dismissed us and told him to go meditate and breathe and stress less. Reminder we only went so that we could rule out behavior disorders. We thought that when someone would see him they would realize it’s not behavior. Then we could get a referral from our primary for a neuro. Two years it took to get someone to really believe us and get my husband a diagnosis.”
