How likely are you to recommend Mood Treatment Center Polo Rd?
What patients say on Google
“Morgan Kingrey is fantastic. She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and brings a genuine warmth and curiosity to her work. She has helped me manage my ADHD, anxiety, and depression, and is always willing to do a deep dive into any medication or side effect questions I may have with patience and factual insights. She truly gets to know her patients on an individual basis and makes a customized treatment plan that’s flexible. I always feel heard, supported, and more informed after our appointments. I live in Raleigh so we do telehealth meetings other than the required once-a-year visit in-person in Winston-Salem, so it’s nice to have those options and flexibility. Everyone I’ve interacted with on the admin/billing team has been great too. I’d highly recommend this practice!”
“A few months ago my psychiatrist just disappeared. No more appointments, no reponse to my messages. Just total silence. Mood did not bother to let me know anything. They did not tell me what was going on or offer a different provider. This is totally unethical and irresponsible. I was left without 4 medications. Luckily my doctor agreed to take over those prescriptions, but someone else might not have had anyone else to turn to. That is extremely dangerous, especially with mental health. I hope all of the patients who experienced this are OK. If not, Mood should be held accountable. I cannot leave a review for the Boone office, so I am doing this with the main office because it was their responsibility. I 100% do NOT recommend Mood Treatment Center. They do NOT treat people with compassion or respect or I wouldn't have been abandoned during treatment. Please, for your mental well-being, go somewhere else so this doesn't happen to you or your family. They should not even be allowed to be in business. I just discovered today that my psychiatrist left the practice because of Google. It was Mood's responsibility to let me know. If I could leave negative stars, I would. Totally unacceptable and inexcusable behavior coming from a mental health clinic.”
“My son sees Madison for his mental health therapy and medication management. We can’t rave enough about her and Mood Treatment Center. They are easy to work with, they care about their patience and they listen to our needs. I highly recommend them and specifically Madison Stonewall!!!”
“Madison Stonewall is by far the best provider I've had over the last 6 years of working on my mental health. She is kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. Every appointment has been an absolute joy and I will miss her when I move.”
