How likely are you to recommend Certus Psychiatry & Integrated Care?
What patients say on Google
“My experience with Certus Psychiatry & Integrated Care has meant more to me than I can put into words. From the beginning, I’ve felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared about. I especially want to give a huge thank-you to Tara Martin. She is an incredible provider and an even more caring person. Tara takes the time to actually listen to me, never makes me feel judged, and makes it easy to be open and honest. I never feel like I’m just another appointment on the schedule. She makes me feel like my thoughts and feelings truly matter. I also want to recognize the amazing front desk staff. They have always been kind, welcoming, and understanding. One thing that really meant a lot to me was that they allowed me to bring my son with me while I had my appointment. As a parent, having that understanding and flexibility takes a lot of stress off your shoulders. It may seem like a small thing to some people, but to me, it meant a lot. ❤️ The entire staff has made me feel comfortable and welcomed, and that kind of environment makes such a difference. I’m truly grateful I found Certus and especially grateful to have Tara Martin in my corner. If you’re looking for a place where you can feel respected, listened to, and genuinely cared for, I would absolutely recommend Certus Psychiatry & Integrated Care. Thank you to Tara and the entire Certus team for treating me like a person and not just a patient. It truly makes a difference. ❤️”

“I showed up an entire day early for my appointment due to a calendar mix up on my part. Instead of just sending me away, they were able to accommodate me and fit me in! I really appreciate the friendliness and the professionalism. They go out of their way to make you feel like you are not just a patient.”
“Great experience from the front desk to my provider. Elena takes time to listen, she always teaches me something new to help manage my conditions. She carefully explains options and she truly cares about my concerns when I have any and she has the patience like no other. I can't recommend her enough! Added bonus, they always have tootsie rolls at the front desk 😊 Thank you Elena and Certus staff!”
