“I went to Dr Mirza for Bipolar Disorder for about 3 years before I had to stop due to a move to Arizona. I plan to see him again when I come back this year if I can get in. The reviews that mention having to wait 30 minutes or more are correct, but in my opinion, it is worth the wait. He is congenial, caring, kind, and asks the correct questions. I felt my condition improved under his care. Despite some of the other comments, I think he is an excellent provider. Sandra Netter”

“The doctor is great. Very attentive and very helpful. The staff in the office not so much. There was an error with my prescription and called several times to try and get some answers as to when I can pick up my script after being unmedicated for a week. The lady told me there was nothing they could and didn’t seem to care and was extremely unprofessional. After calling again I was on hold for 30 mins and they sent me straight to voicemail. I’m guessing they had remembered my name or number. Very frustrating because the told me they left a note to the doctor to redo my script but I was just wanting an answer as to when it would be ready. It’s annoying to me and everyone else when I have to keep calling the pharmacy and the doctors office to see if he sent it in. But had no choice as I was trying to coordinate all this with a shortage on my meds. It’s always a nightmare and have to jump through hoops to get medication that I need for my quality of life.”
