“There were 2 outstanding problems with my experience with Mindpath. There were computer related problems and the appointment started 25 minutes late. While I can certainly understand technology difficulties no one contacted me to let me know the appointment was going to start late. When I called their helpline they had no idea about the delay and didn’t offer to contact the provider or find out the reason for the delay. Fortunately, my appointment was not cut short. The second difficulty was that at the end of the hour my provider told me she will be leaving Mindpath and will not be able to continue with me. Why was I given an appointment with this provider knowing she would not be treating me? It’s not always easy to tell your story and now I’ll have to do it again. Giving me an appointment with a provider who is leaving seems to meet the needs of company and not those of the patient.”
