“Virtual services were always available because the therapist does sessions anywhere , while in the drive thru getting food, at the car wash, basically out in the open. Privacy isn't valued at all. So many H.I.P.P.A violation issues. The therapist has no itinerary or plans or goals set to work with you on. It's basically like your getting paid to tell a stranger all your business and they give you no feed back. I recieved no return information on the sessions I requested and the therapist may have lied about not working there anymore and when I called the main number to verify a replacement no one called back. Basically this is supposedly the only therapist? Huh? Yea don't go here. Its horrible. BTW I was with the therapist for like 10 weeks before they ghosted me. I also believe the therapist talked about my private information with a school official and that's why they discontinued seeing me. According to this school official they called and was given info that was unauthorized. DONT GO HERE.”

“I would not go to the facility at all. The mental health place is not good at all. They have a poor customer service at the front desk. The calling center is trash. They are very very rude. If they hear something they don’t like they get sassy and they get very angry, and start acting up a storm And the owner of the company is the most disrespectful one.”
