“My experience with Dr Bradshaw has been good. I like the doctor, NOT the doctors office in Jacksonville. the front office staff are unprofessional and the billing dept refuses to call and verify insurance and will bill you self pay hundreds of dollars a visit until it’s sent to collections all while you having valid insurance . I would avoid that location or the practice in general unless you want to be humiliated in front of a full lobby of people.”

Then I ask" Do you have any idea where I can go to get neuro cognitive help for my son w TBI and substance issues due to untreated tbi" My reply was "that's a tough one" like who do you ask for neuro psyche help if not the neuro pshyciatrist? It must just be my own stupidity. I own a body shop so if someone's asks can I fix a dent my answer is of course. Guess I'll be changing that to hmmmmm. Kind of tricky pray nobody ever needs help for brain injury in NC it's impossible ! 15mnths of the same replies validates it.”
