“Have been going here fof many years as mental maintenance. No matter what since 2011 Dr Mikhail every time he's sees my children or myself he says hello to us by name!!! Do you know how many people go here? I kniw that mental HEALTH is extremh important. So going to mai tain our mental health is the same as our physical health! Life happens without our permission and my brain us like a scary neighborhood.I do not go in tbeir alone!!! Dr Mikhail and the majority of the staff over the years (any that were not so open-minded didn't last long if they hadn't become open-minded) have done miracles working towards mental HEALTH with the mental illness struggles I had. Major depressive disorder, anxiety, Complex PTSD, complex trauma, mental abuse recovery, trauma bond therapy and low self esteem and today while still in therapy over trauma mh life is whole and my anxiety is waaaaay less and I have many coping skills and even work in the field myself. All because CCNC, Dr Mikhail has walked with me and donetimes carried ne when needed. They were always there and listened and I was able to make my own informed decisions in my care. And if I felt different about a recommendation they never used the words "non-compliant",understanding that I had the freedom of choice in my care! That's what makes CCNC, Dr Mikhail and staff a great place for CARE and mental health MAINTENANCE. Just like I do with my health and my car 🚗! Lol Seriously only 5 stars🌟 it allows however I'd give 10 if I could!!! I've been through some horrific things in my life and they assisted me in unpacking all of that and putting it where it belongs,in the places it belongs and not in the areas thst wrecked my life or moving forward in life on life's terms happily!!! Thank you Dr Mikhail, CCNC and staff through the years for my new and improved life!!!🫂 Success is a state of mind!!! 🧠🎉”
