What patients say on Google

“Despite telling them and having a member of my household telling them I'm fine and safe and explaining that the help they are offering I don't need(I don't have the insurance for it) they instead would not leave it be like I had asked and continued to try and get me to talk Despite telling them I want to be left alone. In attempts to "help" me they instead caused more distress as I stated "I don't want to continue to talk about this anymore I just had a rough night".”

“I don’t know what they get paid for here because it’s obviously not mental health services. Came in suicidal, left suicidal, immediately tried to kill myself at home. Only still here because I was interrupted by a roommate. They forgot to call to check on me when they said they would, which is honestly a blessing because I didn’t want anything to do with them again. Also, I told them I was suicidal because of my severe misophonia and hyperacusis and they came back into the room chewing gum, went “oh I’ll stop” after I called them out for it and said I couldn’t be around that right now, and proceeded to keep doing it my entire session lol.”

“The therapist issue) Therapist, Marsha Pengram, had used my #1 current stressor about my home life against me, saying 'maybe I should try out chemo and see what it's like for why it would stress you out by seeing {family member} go through it.' Person behind the desk issue #1) I was disrespected by one of the women behind the desk, this was someone who had brought me to the back during a time when they told me that I had the right to refuse going to the mental hospital, even though my psychosis had been from a urinary infection and as soon as I went to a normal hospital, got the medication for it, meaning a specific anti-biotic.”
Emily Ellis
“I just wanted to clarify what they told my mother during a phone call the next thing I heard was more about them complaining about my mother than telling me professionally that there was a misunderstanding. Although I got my answer just that they can't provide addictive drugs, I can't help but think they were offended just by a simple question.”
