What patients say on Google
“Anil is highly qualified to provide excellent guidance regarding mental health issues.”
“Listened without judgment, made me feel safe discussing difficult issues”
“Anil is truly amazing! He really listens and makes me feel understood. He always checks in on me to see how I'm doing, and I'm really grateful to have met him! He the doctor everyone needs!”
“There are some people who come into your life at exactly the moment you need them, and for me, Dr. Nagpal was one of those people. He met me at one of the lowest points in my life. I was struggling with anxiety and depression, and honestly, I had gotten to a place where I didn’t see much worth in myself or believe that I could really have a better, more functional life. He never treated me like I was broken. He never made me feel judged, embarrassed, or like I was less of a person because I was struggling. Instead, he met me with kindness, honesty, and a level of understanding that I will always be grateful for. He is compassionate, but he is also real. He doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear. He teaches you how to look at things differently, and some of the perspectives he has given me have genuinely changed my life. He taught me ways to work through my anxiety and depression and, more importantly, helped me learn to see myself differently. Somewhere along the way, I stopped seeing myself as worthless and started understanding that I am a **worthy person**—worthy of happiness, worthy of a better life, and worthy of giving myself another chance. That may sound like a small thing, but to someone who has been in that dark place, it is everything. I am not saying he magically fixed everything, because healing doesn’t work that way. But he gave me the tools, perspective, and support to start finding my way back to myself. I will always be grateful that he met me where I was without judgment and helped me believe I didn’t have to stay there. If you are struggling and looking for a psychiatrist who will see the person behind the diagnosis, listen without judgment, be honest with you, and genuinely want to help you build a better life, I cannot recommend him enough. Sometimes a doctor treats your symptoms. The really special ones help you remember your worth. He did that for me.”
