What patients say on Google
“I am currently in transition moving from another state and the staff here were so incredibly kind, helpful and efficient. They were able to get me in to see the eye doctor without an appointment (it is a long wait when you decide to do this). But Selena at the front desk kept checking in to ensure I was ok and they got me into Dr Stewart's jammed packed schedule as quickly as possible. Tammy at the front desk was so kind and we even prayed together before I left. The facility is absolutely beautiful and well organized. The nurse who helped me be seen (I believe her name was Martha) was SO efficient! She works very hard to ensure that the patients are well taken care of while supporting the doctor's needs and requirements. Thank you for all you do at Mercy Care in Chanblee, GA! Keep up the excellent work!”
“Mercy Care helped me when I was homeless and needed medical care. Dr. Gabriel Onofree is the best doctor I've ever had in my entire life. He cares about me so much that when he found out I had a serious aggressive breast cancer he cried real tears of concern for me. He helped me to organize all my plans for care with my breast cancer with Emory hospital and Dr. Styblo. I want to say that all of the staff who work the front windows and support all of us patients are far above all other gatekeepers at windows for Mercy Care I have ever met. I love them all so much that I wanted to take the time to write a review because sadly most people complain more than they are grateful in America today. I also want to compliment all the nurses who support the doctors at Mercy Care. Thank you to Mercy Care CEO, Katherine Lawler, as well who has such a heart for the poor and needy and homeless in our City of ATL and surrounding areas. Mercy Care Chamblee rocks. See all the photos I took attached. May Jesus heal all of you who need His miraculous healing as He healed me of cancer!!”
“Let me just say i transferred to this location because they shut down the children’s hospital the one near plaza fiesta . so this was the place they told me to come to . let me say that i’ve also been at this location since i was still a minor . now as an adult and even before as a child ive notice the support and help that this place gives is ridiculous. first of all the people at the very front desk are extremely rude . they willingly know when someone needs assistance and pretend like if im not there . whenever i get assisted , they attitude is exactly as you could expect . very rude and very poor service . i came in for some medical records and told me it would be ready on that following monday . mind you i’ve never heard anything back or any follow up about them , ive called this place at least 20 times about my medical records and someone has had yet to answer me . why have a number on your website if it dosent work or if no one picks up . why have a medical records line if the line dosent work or if your can’t leave a message what’s the point . when i had my appointments here i notice that the staff LOVE and i mean LOVE to take their time with everything . it takes like 20 minutes for someone to take my blood pressure and to do all the normal like height and weight , as someone who’s getting a degree in the profession this is honestly ridiculous. i’ve asked to speak to a manager or a hire up and i have been told i will be contacted soon and it’s been over a week serious now who ever is in charge of this place they need a re- evaluation on their staff and how they give out patient care . truly if i could give this place and their staff a 0 i would but since there is a 1 star we will go with that for now .”
“I have not received anything less than great service here. However, if you don't have an appointment scheduled, you will have to wait some time to be seen and they have no pharmacy there, just at the Decatur Street location.”
